Wyo - just one comment about diluting the remaining shares. If you look historically over the past 4 years, they have been going through about 13mil on average (last 2 years averaged around 14.6Mil). Although the share price is lower, there is also SOME revenues coming in. So, based on past performance and history, they would at least go another year to year and a half before full dilution.

History does not always repeat itself in a startup company, so this may not represent reality. A single deal could save them from any further dilution, or eat through it all more quickly.

However, I feel fairly confident that they have at least a year before they NEED to make a change. Assuming no significant options/bonuses are given internally.

Good luck all,
Jim
