As we have now established the speculative nature of the possible existence of unidentified additional parties who may have received a portion of the $5.6 million cited by the OSC, rather than having dismissed it outright, additional questions can now be seen to present themselves.

For starters, who might such individuals have been, and what relationship to any of the named participants might they have had. And, since this issue spans across one or more international boundaries, what nationalities might these as yet unidentified individuals have claimed?
