SFIO continues operations and has (according to some on this board) improved certain aspects of the product.
TS Pleads guilty over a month ago
Global lock? Global seems to be an over statement as It has not affected me.
One patent down, one to go

These are facts... Now my assumption

SFIO team knew this was coming. They most likely have reason to believe that this company will move forward once this fiasco is resolved.
All forward looking news would not be released until this matter is behind. SFIO mouths have been shut.

I am inclined to believe that this will be looked at as a major bump in the road but not the end of it!
