Yes, Dean needs to provide data and proof. We all agree on that point. Is Dean going to jail, well some say yes and some say no. That will be taken care of in a court of law.

As far as Dean goes, his claims of being a member of Mensa may be true, but I have known some members of Mensa and I know they are not the brightest people in some ways. Dean is not a good CEO or a good business man, that has been proven by his actions.

Does the DViS work, well that has not been proven to the public either way. He has not produced a world class video proving it and needs to do so, but we're talking about Dean Janes here. It takes him forever to do the simplest tasks.
