Thanks Bama2! The PR is dated June 8 and reply for resubmission is dated June 6th.

Now the PR makes sense to me - "has already met and exceeded the NIJ-06 specification in many demonstrations and in NIJ-compliant testing at Chesapeake Testing". The ballistic testing was already SUCCESSFULLY PASSED and in the NIJ committee review process - the paper glitch was found and sent backt to BORK. BORK resubmitted the paperwork and then issued a PR.

So a NIJ06 cert approval could definitely come next week or later.
