Just like sfio... I'm more worried about what's being done behind the scenes. As you've seen the pps of RFMK is always volatile... One of his companies that he is "CEO" of is already shutdown and he's "CFO" of this one? Seems a little suspicious and it looks like he has a pattern of investor fraud so it may just be a matter of time before this one gets caught up in the sec holds....
