Unfortunately what is true here is true in every industry. This is not the arguement to use. We need to give the IPPs a deal that will keep them running. The whole idea here is to increase the amount of renewables used to generate power. What good is it to shut down 5 plants generating 85 MW with a single plant producing 65 MW. You're now fighting taxpayers in 5 towns that outnumber the taxpayers in Berlin. Its a lost cause. I think Cate street realizes this and its why they are continuing negotiations.
