Gotcha. On the other hand, knowing he/she missed the boat at 01, probably wanted to load up before taking the chance it might go up to 03. When I buy I just repeat the offer until I slip in at 01, I have managed to dodge the bullet with 02. Got plenty of shares, so am now waiting it out. Yep, go ARSC!
