Just out of curiosity and to correlate all these events here is something different to discuss!

Nothing can happen to this stock itself until the "Q" at the end of the symbol is removed to indicate that it is officially out of bankruptcy.

The stock cannot be delisted until someone makes the OTC/BB/PK aware that the company behind the symbol no longer exists!

Some of you who access to statistics, can you provide the exact date when this stock's symbol received the Q at the end? Also, are there any other statistics in the Pinky listings that provide information that we can use to understand how long we might endure before cases get resolved.

There is Q stock of a formerly large company that is still listed at 5 cents per share and it generates continuous news releases but nothing happens to the stock (that one is LEHMQ.PK). Are we going to be in a similar position for YEARS!!!
