a lot of truth in what you are saying here. All i want to know is "can people get a hold of the CEO." If that is possible than that is one less potential red mark i don't have to worry about.

Unless the CEO gives insider information to a phone caller (e-mailer), illegal, than any information obtained via the CEO is already available, making anything outside of "contact" negligible. But a dodgy CEO is not a good CEO.

In FBCD's specific case, contact with the CEO made for prompt tier changing when FBCD went "pink sheets"...twice. Some what useful.
