The Oracle disclosures are arguably in the nature of conclusions and it is not likely that an NDA was violated. As a practical matter Intel would not take legal action in any event.

I think that there are probably a few grains of truth that Intel is lowering its emphasis on Itanium products and Intel may well let Itanium fade away somwhere done the road. The Itanium business plan has fallen way short of its original goals.

It is not at all clear to me why it makes any sense for Intel to continue the development of Itanium processors when HP is basically its only customer.
