'gonzilee'...I have been waiting for someone to speak up there! ..Exactly ..Since the appreciating value of "The Spectrum"..Common sense would hope to see future pps appreciation and a greater market cap offset the purchase price!...I hopefully believe the additional funds paid that where greater than assessed debts and assets where inflected for general dispersal amongst & towards whatever avenues (preferred commons etc) would allow 'safe haven' for "The Company" to remain intact as an appreciating forward going concern" ..It just does not make sense to screw up a re kindled operational upsided entity'.. ...IMO...SC
