One small correction to my post (thanks BigBake1 for pointing this out).

There has been a more recent amendment filed with the Florida SOS that does address the restriction on the preferred shares and mentions that they are restricted from being converted into common shares for 2 years after being issued.

The most recent amendment always takes precedence over older filings.
