he's just saying that they're already anticipating obstacles, we're not clear sailing, yet. It takes time, and meetings, and court dates, and objections like we just saw, to conclude this long list of events that will sooner rather than later pay off for all included.
I'm sure their thought processes are through to the finish line, and then some.
And I, in my humblest of opinions, don't think for a second they we would still actually use Skye. Because "we've had our ducks in a row", and Skye couldn't have been one of those ducks before, so why would they be now? Surely our ESHC has gone into this having their own financiers, if they we're considering a POR of their own.
