In the cc he stated he was in final negotiations with a structural integrity/ protection company. That will have been 1 month as of next thursday. I don't see final negotiations lasting much more then a month. That's why I said the 14th(June) and 2 more weeks. In two weeks you are looking at nearly a month and a half.

That time I believe was spent talking about money. Someone stated they would still have to test the product. I don't think they would be in final negotiations if they didnt know what they were buying.
