From what I can find out and imho, it appears that MWE and IMGG signed a standard MWE non-disclosure contract. IMGG violated it when they disclosed that they were a client of MWE. This was immediately pointed out to IMGG and they corrected it.

MWE was hired to develop a strategy for IMGG to get this product to market. This was completed sometime around early February and Dean was surprised at how comprehensive it was and how long it was going to take. Instead of the 2-3 months he expected, it was more like 6-7 months. He realized that the price tag to keep MWE, a very expensive firm, was just too high. They parted ways amicably since the assignment was complete (except for the meeting with the FDA) and a new firm was hired.

I haven't been able to find out if Jim Cohen is going to attend this meeting with the FDA or not.

No more complicated than that.
