My guess is SAVW wasn't ready a year ago to handle the order. The opening of their new facility is to able to increase production and handle larger orders. At least that's what I thought it was all about. Inviting top brass and decision-makers to see it is simply direct marketing. Once TPTB realize SAVW can handle the volumes, and they can generate greater savings while putting Americans to work, well -- that's the no-brainer part.

I'd love it if this gets to a buck, and I'd probably be selling some at that level, but a part of me is thinking that's too low and it will do even better in the PPS department than that.
