The one thing I think you should recognize is that General Automotive has a Joint Venture with Greencell and owns about a third of the company. However, Greencell has been going through its own S-1 registration to go public and recently was given its own separate symbol of GCLL. Once trading is approved thru the DTC's, we will be able to establish a trading price. General Automotive owns 10,750,000 shares of Greencell. Once a trading price is established, that will significantly add to the bottom line of General Automotive. Also we anticipate positive revenue for Greencell by years end with some major global companies. All of this information is publicly available at the following link.
