Kobiashi: Here is a secnario for you: The rumor had it that SEO and Company wanted $10.00 a share or $7.2 billion for SEO and Company to sellout. The buyer does not want to pay that much for the company with unproven Hydrocarbon resources. The buyer asks for SEO polictical help in collecting other Hydrocarbon properties in Africa. SEO and Company go out and line up a string of Hydrocarbon properties that will make the buyer very happy after all the buyer picked out the targets. What you see is ERHC doing some window dressing before the Big Party.
