What if, EP was taking his sweet time releasing the Audit, thereby delaying the uplisting and all the rest.......and why, you would obviously ask?

He knows when the restricted shares become "Free Trading", and he know who has them, and they are being dumped for pennies........

Maybe he wants Investors, shareholders who are committed to TDGI to reap the real rewards of the Company's growth.....

I'm just wondering.......
