Well, if it's the latter than it's the same launch as the last one and your looking at a possible 30% plus drop. Certainly a launch is a launch and a PR without much of a Beiber presence tells me they really were not ready for a full blown launch to begin with. It will suck to drop in value but they will get their act together regardless, so wherever we are now is peanuts to what's coming IMO.
