I'm not sure I agree with this, dough. In fact if cogito is used, at an airport for instance, it's use becomes disclosed immediately. In fact, it's my opinion that disclosing it's use is in and of itself a huge detriment to attack. The bad guy will go eslewhere to commit his terror. He will avoid cogito. I know I would.
