I agree with you. The FINRA list of shorted stocks many reefer to is very misleading. The number of shorts on that list are total sales which includes regular sells plus short sales. The regular sells come off the list as soon as they settle because there's no way to tell the difference until then. According to shortsqueeze.com, there are only about 68,400 short shares out on this stock and they are accurate.

Now, for the truth, and I'm not going to get into any discussion about this, I just am not going to waste my time trying to educate people. The company has about 151 million outstanding shares verified by the transfer agent and they are also accurate because any shares issued in this stock the TA must issue. The company must request dilution or distribution of stock for services or debt conversion, that's how it works. The latest financials stated the company had 103 million outstanding. 151 minus 103 equals 48 million unaccounted for additional shares outstanding.

Now, according to the company and as posted on this board yesterday by Stockfalcon, (see link) the company did issue those roughly 50 million additional shares to pay debt. What you are seeing here is those shares hitting the float, they are not restricted like Vort is trying to convince you. It doesn't take a genius to figure out what is going on here. VFIN and VERT are known diluters, no question about it! You can watch level 2 and clearly see it. Say again, the company admitted issuing the 50 million shares for debt. They stated it was for debt that was due. When you issue shares for current payment, they are not restricted. Enough of that now.

The bottom line is this, when the dilution is done this stock will rise. The dilution will be done before Q2 for sure because I think the company will report good earnings and they want their share price to rise. This company is not currently diluting and the TA confirms that. Using 151 million outstanding for valuation, the stock is still way undervalued according to company revenue and profit projections. Just be patient and this stock will rise when financials are released. Just remember, the TA is not gagged
here so the company is not trying to hide anything like so many other pinks and QB company's do.
