I know this is the VM board but why don't you play a 1 or 2 year position in Toll Brothers or Hovnanian to play whats left of the housing boom. I read a good article that pointed out the demographics will keep Home building strong even if the bubblet blows off steam.... as you yourself pointed out the VMs are having some difficulty while the market is rediscovering Larger caps....PEs are good on those as well....
