Case, you seem awfully optimistic. And also seem to have a fairly good grasp on the relevant issues, which I do not. For which reason, I probably should not be 'in.' But it's too late for that. I'm in. And very curious/anxious about how this is going to pan out.
That it was not TSTRQ that was 'sold,' make sense to me.
And that the sale could settle their liabilities, thus allowing them to emerge from BK makes sense to me.
But little else makes sense to me.
As a philosopher I'm painfully aware of how much we all take "on faith" on a day to day basis, despite our claims to only believe what we can reason through.
