Chi, stock will go back up on any good PR and will POP imo with NIJ06 cert.

Not sure if BORK will do this, but they can request special/additional tests by the ballistic lab - eg. closer spaced shot groups, closer to the edge of armor plate shot. And that could be designated on the NIJ web entry, designating it surpassed the normal ballistic tests.

NIJ cert watch: Next week is 30 days, 15 days later is 45. The was the average time for certification last year (45 days).
