I see the risk with this company and almost any pinksheet/otc company

There funding-

AGS Capital- 100 Million
Lead Dog - 100 Million if they approve S-1/OTC

- 6/21/2011 Press release they have a direct lender who has pledged to provide a credit facility upon meeting insurance contingincies

So finding financing...... they have companies regardless of terms pledging money over 25 times there current market cap.

And Wood pellet/ Waste to Energy Solutions and others are choosing to partner with them- do you think there could be some risk/reward and also ability to make connections & forge partnerships that deserves some attention. I understand if these guys were at 50 cents but they are under half a penny- I see alot of value down here-jmo
