You have good questions, but there is a lot of info swirling around on FBCD...which will require you to do alot of reading of this Board...probably hours.

Asking alot of questions is good, but you will need to do your own DD, lot's to read about here.

I'm invested, there is a great story here, and more things to come, we are waiting on very important loose ends to be tied up.

If you are just getting back into stocks, be very careful...the OTC is more tricky than ever, imo.
