Shorts imo are trying to accumulate, before the NIJ06 cert announcement.

Could happen as early as next week. Or could be longer. According to the DOJ/NIJ the average last year was 45 days for NIJ cert and their goal is 30 days.

IMO there should be a big pop in share price (from these levels) once NIJ06 cert is announced. Plus subsequent orders or major interest by a large city police org, will continue to sustain the share price.

Without the NIJ06 cert, BORK can't even bid on RFPs (potential contracts).
