Bobw, I voted to acquire all of JBIT into Global that was renamed BORK. That's what was important to me - that the use of Kryron and armor and products was transfered to the new company.

The shares were restricted for a year. So I really didn't pay that much attention - didn't care if it was 200 million or 600 million. So you'll have to ask someonelse share questions - I believed in kryron and wanted to make sure all of JBIT came into the new company.
