yet at the same time the insider's have a financial stake in keeping the juggling act going. public funding by dumb money to finance a engineering hobby shop and average executive salaries in consideration for no value apart from the prospects of a 25%-50% price spike if everything converges correctly. edig is now the ugly sister of norris' companies. it has been a dramatic fall from the spot light. the only hope- and who invests in 'hope'?- is the prospect of norris moving some viable invention of his under edig. why not fold that personal helicoptor company under the edig shell. balloon the float with a last dumping of stock. perform a reverse take over and 200 for 1 reverse split with one of norris' other companies. Cmplete revamp of management and bod is the only option tho. The company is doa until they bring in a new set of schemers with a fresh vision.

if I had to choose something positive for this stock I would select the company's former name norris communications. gut everybody, get out of c.e. (take that off the public balance sheets) and bring in a completely fresh vision and direction for the company. change the name back to ncii and leverage elwood's current media exposure. basically rinse, refresh, repeat..
