I have sold half my interest in NuEarth at a loss of about 80% of my original investment – a loss I cannot afford. So, you can see that NuEarth has been a big disappointment to me. Still when I see words like “fraud”, “fake”, “phoney”, “scam” and “con game” on this site, there is an accusation of illegal behavior with this company. Just exactly what has Bruce Fisher done that is illegal? What is his illegal involvement with the company? What is your evidence of illegal behavior by this corporation? If you know something, you owe it to the rest of us to disclose it. If you believe there is, in fact, evidence, have you taken your accusations to the SEC? Please let us in on what you know.
