Management owns 90% of the o/s- making the float around 43 million. I don't think I need to explain why a r/s would be foolish and unnessary. Gales is well known for r/m's and he knows what he is doing based on his resumer. The PR's mention nothing of r/s and mention that current shareholders will see appreciation in pps- Also, TA has confirmed that management has no plans to recapitalize the s.s.
