This statement is total nonsense...... "That means the JV's are essentially gambling that JBi's processors will be protected from any future patent infringement and they would be building them at their own risk and absorbing all costs."

Why in the world would a JV partner with JBII give a hoot about patents? They don't own the machine nor do they have the rights to the technology in any way shape or form. All that belongs 100% to JBII....so they shoulder the risk of trade secrets being stolen not a JV partner. The only thing a JV partner is going to care about is turning their waste plastic into a usable fuel.
