Wyo......it is most certainly not a sure thing and I have never talked about it in such terms. So I resent your implication. Read the posts in their context, before you accuse, please. I have also supplied the caveats necessary for it to have the possibility of happening each time I have mentioned it.....main one being the accompaniment of a quite substantive deal. And it has only been subsequently discussed in response to others who have discussed it themselves.
The only reason I broached the topic, originally, was because of the currently low pps and the possibilities surrounding it.....and I was hoping management might be listening.
If nobody else wishes to discuss it further, that's fine with me.
