No way to determine how many shares NITE owns

MM will keep selling even if they don't have shares (naked shorting)

MM will hope at some time the stock will go back down, and then buy all the shares back, an advantage of being an MM.

The run will occur when NITE will not be able to cover quick enough (multi-day) run, or if it just keeps going up, no dips

NITE will try to buy on dips and put big blocks up on ASK on the RUN, to prevent a BIG RUN

A multi-day run on FBCD will cause NITE to cover and will have to chase the price at the ASK, watch for this.

When you see NITE at the bid they are covering, bottom line don't sell to NITE
