Well, I retired at age 42 and this is now what I do. I never found a money manager that I liked and I still do my own investing and decisions despite constant heckling from the brokerage house. When I retired, I had about $3.2 million. It's been over 15 years. I do very in-depth research before I buy stock and use whatever resources I can find. For this stock (the only penny stock I own), the resources are very few. Ihub was a very good source for this stock when I first started using it five years ago. Now, well.... not quite so. Even on this stock, with it's history, I'm still up 6 figures and have 1.5 million shares funded by the original investment.

I am sitting on my boat as we speak on a lake in New Hampshire. Sun is shining and life is good.

Believe what you like.
