I believe the price fluctuated a little bit, but not crazy high...mostly because nobody knew anything about Krusecom except what they did as a business.
As a private company, they weren't required to publish any financials so nobody knew anything about how much their business was worth.
Now we will get to publicly see what revenue they have, will possibly have, and any other pertinent information because they are technically public now due to the merger.
