i am hoping all goes well at this point they are out and the new board is in they have net met the obligation to the share holders
not even in the least
The judge will go with the facts and that alone no gray area
if they get caught in one lie its game over if they worked against shareholders they are screwed sorry thats the fact.
if its documented that this took place they are in deep trouble


If documentation shows they were working deals to benifit themselves game over the judge is going to put this thing on the tracks with the new board who is not screwing around time will tell
