BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front) - I am not concerned with a developing company writing poor press releases unless they continue to stay poor and unsupported. But that will take more than a few week or months to determine.


I am still hanging on for a 2-4 year investment plan, and I do think this is a viable business plan but, execution is key. I say this so all know what angle my opinion is from.

In regards to the press release without support from other sources, that's like handing in an American history paper without a bibliography, your not going to get a good grade on the paper. If CGAQ does not start writing good papers with support, there company will (and has) be given poor grades. I see it as an opportunity to buy because I believe the potential is there for a $1-2 share price in the window given above.

I do not think that there is anything "funny" going on. But, having traveled the globe many a time too under developed nations, it truly is hard to even get a telephone pole, or a well in the ground sometimes. Seems so easy for us in overdeveloped consumer nations to loose sight that.
