no i don't see it as a top .. far from it

i have always avg'd my buys .. did so when
jbii was well above 4 bucks and well below
.60 cents .. based on multiple aspects of DD

which includes something i understand that most don't see

that is my read of what is done daily/weekly
and monthly on JBII on level 2 .. coupled with
reg sho percentages over weeks/months and volume avgs

second is what mgmt articulates and when ~ based on my
own knowledge of the *process* albeit from when ipos
were the norm <circa 1998 - 2000> that is why i always
stress patience and a realistic time frame since mgmt
only *controls* one part of the equation :)

i hold jbii shares in 2 separate accts <not including
my kids'> .. one is my SDA <self directed 401K account>
the other is my personal acct with fidelity

where my sda is concerned i couldn't buy shares when jbii
fell below 1.00 so there was a very long gap when nothing
was added there .. since april i've been buying jbii shares
every other week in my SDA .. but 99 percent of the time
i add those shares via bid sitting .. i posted a year + back
that the stock would be laddered up .. as slowly as can be done

notice the take downs are usually brutally fast on comparatively
low volume .. imo this continues until the next catalyst
comes out of mgmt .. the issue imo retail faces is being caught
on the wrong side of the trade .. since the ASK is truly thin
and imo legit buys show *true* on the ASK side :)

you didn't ask ~ but what i'd add is that the clock ticking
can't be discounted and why i'd expect pps gyrations to increase
<ie get worse> b4 they get better .. that is why when i can i always
have bids sitting .. i found it beyond ironic that 3 filled in approx
24 hours .. when 2 of them had been in place for well over 3+ weeks

i also just do the math

we know the SS .. we know what co. insiders hold
we know what no. of shareholders jbi has <5000>
based on what is said at the SM

it makes for some rather interesting figuring when all is said and done

if i held 100,000 shares in my sda acct .. there is no doubt
i'd be trading 5 to 10k on avg per week .. but i don't hold
that amount and i'm not willing to be caught on the wrong side
of the trade based on my take of the co.s *clock* and when news
can come

my fido acct has tax consequences .. but on paper those jbii buys
below 60/70/80 cents remind me of why i try to find legit co.s on
the OTC and *invest* in them based on my DD ..

motto is .. legitimacy .. survivability .. transparency

==
imo jbii's pps within 3 to 5 years .. will rival the stock
most can remember as coming public in the last decade ..
ironically it came public via a dutch auction not an ipo

i have zero doubts .. flawless execution gets jbii a comparable pps
