This is 2nd go round for JBIT/now-BORK on NIJ06 cert. This time they know what the NIJ committee is expecting. Bourque improved the armor and changed company name so a new NIJ06 cert on the would have happened again anyway. It should go smoothly this time. The kryron armor has alwayed passed the bullets tests - the ballistic lab qualifying tests.

This time the other stuff should go smoothly imo.
