Here is the emails I received.....I asked him about the pink limited information status as well as the amount of negative posts on Ihub......

The reason we dropped to the yield sign on pinksheets is because we have not posted the Attorney Letter that goes along with our last filing. We hope to have that done and posted within the next week or so.

I don't read the message boards so I don't know what negative posts you are talking about. However, I get a lot of emails and calls about that subject. All I can tell you is that most of the people on those boards have an agenda. Some need for the stock price to go up and some would like to see it go down. Therefore, they will say whatever is necessary to accomplish their goal.

What I "can" tell you is that the Cordele Bio Coal plant is a real project. We have many parts of the project already under way and are moving forward with our plans. We will keep the public informed as new developments happen.

We will have news out soon about the building. That should stop some of the negative posts you are talking about.

Thank you for your interest in Vega Biofuels.

I hope that you understand that there are a lot of things going on that we have not announced as of yet. We aren't able to announce things until they are either signed or "have" taken place. I realize that some things that we announce seem trivial, but we are bound by regulations to announce "any" material event within 3 days of that event happening. For example, a signed Letter of Intent qualifies as a "material event".

We have been working with the owner of the building we plan to move into for several weeks now. It is a complicated process because of how things are being structured. We will have an announcement out soon about the building and what steps we are taking to move the necessary equipment to Cordele.

I know that the share price is important to everyone, but please understand that we don't go about our day to day business with the s/p in mind. Our belief is that if we do our job and focus on implementing our Business Plan, the s/p will take care of itself. That's what we are doing.

We have a lot of people working on the Cordele project and we will have additional information soon about the building, the grants, equipment, etc.

Thanks again for your interest in Vega Biofuels.
