ha ha your statement seems to imply that BOCL investors buy on fundamentals... or for that matter any otc security... got news for you these move on momentum, news, technicals etc... not for any of the reasons you mentioned... i have to assume you only invest in companies on the big board as what you pointed out is the norm down here not the exception...
