RESOLVE OF OBJECTIONS WITH AT&T

Since the objection deadline, the
Debtors have continued to work with SS/L and AT&T, the only parties that filed formal (and
notably limited) objections to the Sale Transaction, to resolve their objections. The Debtors have
consensually resolved the AT&T objection and hope to inform the Court of a consensual
resolution of the SS/L objection at the Sale Hearing
