Total Assets: About 752 Mio. $
- Total Liabilities: About 506 Mio. $

= Shareholder equity (we are in the money) 246 Mio. $
= (246 Mio. $ / 139 Mio shares) $1.77 per share

Case with the Dish Deal included

Total Assets (if all Assests bought - Minimum case): 1.38 billion $
- Total Liabilities: About 506 Mio. $

= Shareholder equity (we are in the money) 874 Mio. $
= (504 Mio. $ / 139 Mio shares) $6.29 per share
