Stock price is back to the .30 - .40 level, where it spent most of its time earlier this year before the recent permit / driller contract / bond news items that hyped it to 1.31. Obviously there is a problem. My guess is they aren't able to drill for logistics reasons. Anyone have information ? The company surely won't give an update if there is a delay.
