I agree somewhat but why not wait and address the most important things when you can rather than to create more spec and scrutiny. I want to know from the new folks everything period. Dont open your mouth until you can make everyone who wants to be in bed with you feel as safe as possible. Short of that they would make a bad situation worse. imo
