Yes, caught it several years ago one night off the beach in Long Island, NY. 36"!

I would love to know the answer to part B.

I am guessing,
Its OTC, scares people and investors right off the bat,
Ownership- A large percentage of the ownership is a unknown quantity
It is still under the radar
