The shares I purchased today I noticed that some buys were carried out to 00135 on my confirmation and showed as 0013 on L2. Even though my bid was at 0014. I know they only go 4 digits back. I do appreciate the the slight savings, but it seems as though someone does not want the bid/ask to walk up. IMHO
